GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. You must abide by the instructions of the VR Canberra staff at all times or you may be removed from the premises and refused entry in the future.  This is to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants engaged in the.  You will not be given a refund for any unused time should you be removed from the premises for any reason whatsoever and you acknowledge your entry to the premises is strictly on this basis.
2. On occasion, promotional video or photographs may be used by the Service Provider which may include your image whilst being engaged.
3. You acknowledge that security video is used within the public areas of premises of the and consent to this use for security and safety purposes.
4. If tickets are purchased online and you change your mind, you must inform the VR Canberra staff. A credit may be issued, but this is at the discretion of the individual arena.
5. You are responsible for any equipment damaged or broken at anytimes while using when you are in VR Canberra arena.

ONLINE STORE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Strictly no refunds will be provided for any items purchased through the VR Canberra store if the purchaser changes their mind.
• If you have purchased the incorrect size, you may exchange the item for the correct size within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any costs incurred during the return of goods are to be covered at the customer’s expense.

• Here are a few things you need to know about your Party.
• A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking.  This allows us to book and arrange staff to host your party. You may change dates any time up to 7 Days before the day of the party and your deposit will be applied to another date.
• You can either call the arena on Weekdays to confirm numbers and to make the final payment, however, we are going to call you to collect all the information on your behalf the week of your party to ensure a smooth party is delivered with all your options. 
• All participants and supervising guardians are required to fill out VR Canberra Waiver prior to using the VR equipment. All children under the age of 18 years of age must have a signed waiver prior to using the equipment.
• Once guests are seated (and bands are removed) in the Party Room or at a Party Station, the guests are no longer allowed back onto the equipment to help avoid sickness and to prevent delaying the next booking.
• You are also most welcome to bring your own birthday cake however no other food or drink is allowed unless stated in your party package. Please discuss these arrangements with the party concierge at the time of confirmation. Party rooms and party stations are decorated, please do not bring wall decorations, party sprinkles, confetti, streamers, party poppers, or external party decorations within the Arena, otherwise, a cleaning fee may be charged.

VR Canberra GIFT VOUCHERS

• Gift Vouchers can be used towards the identified goods and services at the specified VR Canberra. All Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Any unused sessions or value will be forfeited if not used by the stated expiry date. Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking. If the total of the booking is more than the value of the voucher, immediate payment of the balance will be required at the time of booking.

REFUNDS DUE TO TEMPORARY CLOSURE

• Any session which is canceled due to an unforeseen and temporary closure of a center (for example due to a local, regional, state, or national health order lockdown) will be refunded in the form of a voucher to the same value of the original session price. This voucher can be redeemed within 3 years, once the center has re-opened.
• No monetary refunds will be issued for a session that has been canceled due to an unforeseen and temporary closure of a center (for example due to a local, regional, state, or national health order lockdown).
